This is an album with excerpts from my live performances at "gig's", coffee shops, etc. This is still a work in progress. "Be" is in reference to the state of just "BE-ing", here and now, just BE, you can't "do" being, you have to learn to be in touch with just being. I struggle mightily with trying to do that. But during performances, whether music or theater, I am very much "in the moment" then, and then i can "be", though not always a genuine "me" if I'm playing a character role, but it's a start. But I'm very much in the now when performing music.
